  • 60-Minute Personalized Consultation: During our first session, we’ll discuss your goals, current habits, and challenges. Together, we’ll create a tailored action plan that suits your lifestyle, helping you take the first steps toward achieving your wellness goals. Consultation is done via phone or Google Meet.

  • 3 Weekly Check-ins: To ensure you stay consistent and on track, I’ll check in with you three times a week. These check-ins help you stay accountable, celebrate your wins, and adjust the plan as needed, ensuring you’re always moving forward. Check-ins are done via email.
